Shipping and delivery

LOVET will deliver the ordered products to the address you provided.

Delivery times listed on www.lovet.it are just estimates based on product availability, order placement and handling, and shipping and delivery times as stated by the carriers: each product has a standard availability time listed on its detail sheet.

This indicates the minimum time we require to obtain the product from our suppliers and prepare it for shipment.

Actual shipping time depends on our suppliers’ performance. LOVET may deliver multiple items for a single order into multiple shipments; you will be charged shipping fees only for the first shipment.

Prices and availability

Prices of all LOVET products are clearly indicated on www.lovet.it and do not include VAT. Items whose price is not listed bear the legend “PRICE UPON REQUEST”. If interested, please send us an e-mail for info about pricing and delivery times.

Shipping costs are added to the price of the items you order. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery option you choose. In case the item you order is currently not available, we will promptly notify you by e-mail.

Product prices and availability listed on LOVET’s website are subject to change without notice.

LOVET delivers anywhere in Italy and Europe via TNT Traco international express courier, and has the lowest shipping and delivery fees of the web. Customers may also pick up their orders at Lovet’s headquarters, thus avoiding all shipping and delivery fees.
