Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchased item, you may either exchange it or return it and receive a refund.
You may return purchased items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

To return purchased items, write the reason for return on the back of the delivery note, include it in the package with the items you wish to return, and ship everything to the origin adress.

Shipping via recorded delivery mail is highly recommended.

The return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the return is a result of our error or in case you received faulty or damaged items.

Any returned item that is damaged, or is missing parts will not be considered for exchange or refund.

Faulty items will be exchanged or refunded only in case of manufacturing defects. Items malfunctioning as a result of possible incompatibility with other products will not be exchanged or refunded.

To ensure refund of faulty items, make sure the problem encountered shows up also on products of a different make or model before requesting the substitution of the purchased item.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your obligations to LOVET only if the purchased item is returned in its original, sealed product packaging. Returned items must be shipped via recorded delivery mail within 10 days of delivery. A written communication must also be mailed within 10 days of delivery.
 

Refunds

If the returned items are not damaged, you will receive a full refund for your purchase.
