Delivery of products

www.lovet.it will deliver the ordered products to the address you have indicated, the shipment is immediate and the order preparation time is 24/48 hours. Holidays are not to be considered neither for preparation nor for delivery.

The carrier Poste Italiane can use couriers such as SDA to make the delivery. The shipping receipt and the relevant code attest the shipment.

Right of return


If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products received they can be exchanged or returned and refunded.

From the moment you receive your purchase you will have 14 days to exercise your right to return.

To return the goods, write the reasons for the return on the back of the transport document, attach it to the products to be returned, and send it to the sender address indicated on the package.

It is highly recommended to send the goods by registered mail.

You are responsible for the shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part and if you have received defective or damaged products.

Returns of used items with broken or missing parts will not be accepted.

In the case of defective items, we will replace or refund the cost of delivery. In case of return for personal reasons (e.g. death of the animal) we will only refund the cost of the product, not the cost incurred for shipping.

In order to avoid a non-refund, before requesting a replacement, we therefore advise you to make sure that the defect found does not result from incorrect use and possibly contact your veterinary surgeon.

If you find any problems with its use, we recommend that you have a Veterinary Doctor check any particular problems of the patient.

Right of withdrawal


The right of withdrawal referred to above may be exercised provided that the product is still sealed at the time of return,

to be made by registered mail within 14 days of receipt and that a written notification is sent within the same 14-day period.


Refund


Provided that the returned products have not been used or damaged, you will be refunded the price paid for them. The refund will be made through Paypali.

The refund also covers shipping costs only and exclusively in the case of a defective product.
